Hey guys, so this is my weight loss blog. This is a personal choice to help benefit my body & mind. Hope you join the journey with me &/or support me. Height: 5'7 HW: 163 UGW: 120 Being away at university is tough since I live on residence. No cooking for myself, no scales, and I only have a small bar fridge. But I do stay away from the greasy foods, eat fruits an veggies, and try to workout 2 times a day. I will do monthly weigh ins because I go home once a month!
